New RINEX 3.04 in 2017 to support expected new BeiDou L1 Signal and GPS CNAV Define CNAV message with RTCM-SC104 and RINEX WG RTCM SC-104: Multiple Signal Messages (MSM) 100% interoperable with RINEX 3.X Observation types defined for all GNSS constellations (except IRNSS) BeiDou Navigation message waiting for new ICD from China Navigation Office RTCM State Space Representation (RTCM-SSR) product messages defined for all constellations, but not all approved. RTCM SC104 stuck defining what constitutes sufficient interoperability testing with respect to the phase bias messages (enables Ambiguity Resolution (AR)). RTCM Governing Board has proposed a new Interoperability Working Group to define what is sufficient testing NRCan & CNES collaborating on real-time PPP-AR and AR correction combination interoperability RTCM/IGS Bias Calibration Working Group: NRCan site setup and collecting data from 3 receiver types (2 more shortly) Calibration Report in next RTCM Meeting and IGS Workshop
