Types of ORC mentoring program One-to One School based Mentoring older and more experienced person (the mentor) and a child participant of ORC (the mentee) Peer Mentoring Person from the child participant’s peer group (mentor) and the mentee Group Mentoring in special cases

ORC mentoring is a partnership between two people: (i) an older and more experienced person (the mentor) and a child participant of ORC (the mentee) (ii) a person from the child participant’s peer group (mentor) and the mentee.
