8 Summary Know your demographic: are you reflecting and representing?
Assess your offer: What are you offering? Is it accessible? Start reaching out early on if possible. Offer progression opportunities. Reach out for a diverse volunteer/staff team as well Engage with organisations already engaging with excluded youth. Encourage and support reaching out at all levels of your organisation. Realise the importance and potential of reaching out locally.
