On the job report screen click on EOW information

2. Electricity readings Add the electricity meter readings
Start and End figures
Add the time
the readings were
taken
Add the date when
readings were taken

3. Once finished click submit
Equipment used
Add the equipment used
by the drop down menu
Add the quantity of
the items installed
Add the times
installed and
removed
Add the date installed
Add the date removed
Once finished click submit

4. Each date will show as one line in
Adding Damp Test Results
Click on Add New Reading Set
Add the temperatures
inside and out.
Add the Relative humidity inside and out
Add the date and time the reading was taken on
Press Add to save the reading.
Do this for every reading taken
Use the drop down box to choose the
Method of Recording.
Type in the Location (room) the reading
was taken in.
Type in the Reading.
Press Submit once all readings have been added for that date
Each date will show as one line in
the EOW box to show how
many visits you made to
damp test

5. Dry Certificate Additional comments box is used
to advise if there are any
areas not dry and reasons
for the area not being dry
Use the drop down box to choose the technician
Add the date and time of the last damp test confirming the property is dry
Confirm if the property is or is not dry
Press submit to save the certificate
Missing EOW information occurs a penalty charge
