Tips for the Chapter Chair in using this Tool
If the report is long, Export the “Results” to your Downloads Folder as Data and CSV format
IF you modify/save the file, remember to save it as .CSV or .XLS rather than the default “Unicode” that shows up on my Computer.

When the Chapter Chair USES this Tool
for analysis
LOTS of data, much of which may be irrelevant to your immediate needs.
I open a new worksheet, copy the reported results to the new sheet, and delete and move and filter the copy. And save the new workbook file with a different name.
