2. Where
In the hallway before you enter the classroom your teacher or a student will ask you to HAWK check

3. WHAT
When you hear HAWK check it means that you have one of the following things that you need to change
Those things include
Backpack/Bag In Locker
Phone Away
Headphones Away
Hood/Hats off
Must Carries

4. Backpack/Bag in Locker
You should not have your bag or backpack with you in the hallway or in class
If you have a bag to take your gym clothes after gym it needs to go into your locker

5. Phone away
This means that your phone is NOT seen in the hallway OR in the classroom
It needs to be in a pocket or in your locker
Your teacher will let you know if you are using your phone of academic reasons in their classroom

6. Headphones Away This means that headphones should NOT be seen AT ALL
NOT around your neck
NOT hanging out of your pocket
NOT over your ears
Do NOT try to sneak wearing them…we will see them
They are to be put away in lockers or pockets

7. Hood/hats off They should NOT be on your head
In the winter take them off and put in your locker

8. Must carries You need to have your must carries with you at all times
If you are missing something during your HAWK check before class is the time to go get it
Your must carries are:
Planner or Planner Card
Paper or Notebook
Pencil
Binder or Folder

9. BE SCHOLARLY AND YOU WILL SUCCEED!!
