Only exactly important dimensions are spacing between large holes (fit to grid on RP01 – on diagonal) and between smaller holes (fit galvo mount and spacing)
Smaller holes allow mount to be screwed into adapter with 5-40 bolts
Larger, countersunk holes allow for 8-32 bolts to hold adapter to stage
Goal is to have galvo mirrors centered on rotation axis of stage
Coordinates give locations of lower left corner of piece and centers of holes
