Align with the skill needs of industries in the economy
Demonstrate strong partnerships with employers
Prepare an individual to be successful in secondary or postsecondary education options including apprenticeship
Ensure all students participate in post-secondary education and training that leads to credit toward a degree or certificate granted by an institution of higher education
Counseling to support an individual in achieving the individual’s education and career goals
Individualized career counseling and academic counseling that includes career and post-secondary awareness and exploration opportunities beyond high school
Education offered concurrently with and in the same context as workforce preparation activities and training for a specific occupation or occupational cluster
Blend educational and workplace environments to develop work readiness and technical skills that will lead to successful employment, entry into and successful completion of post-secondary education, long-term occupational skills training, or Registered Apprenticeship;
