List key personnel who will be involved in supporting the apprentice Who are they, what are their jobs, how can they help the apprentice? Provide names, contact numbers, s etc - Apprentice Supervisor is nb here, also mention previous apprentices in the company who can provide peer support

4 The Role of the Apprentice
Outline the role the apprentice will have in the company Outline how their role will change/develop as their apprenticeship progresses

5 Opportunities Identify problems and opportunities.
Flesh out any problems that the apprentice might encounter and outline some ways they can tackle those problems Outline opportunities the apprentice will have, mention bigger picture and long term goals here. Rewards and bonuses for good work? If you plan to retain your apprentice at the end of their training, set the tone and include benefits that might work to that end

6 Company Resources available to Apprentices
List and explain the following resources that the apprentice will need for their work: Personnel Technology Finances Distribution Promotion Products Services .

7 Health and Safety Procedures
Outline Health and Safety procedures as you would for any new employee. Be especially mindful of the apprentices lack of work experience and need for supervision at work.

8 Apprenticeship Learning Plan
Go through the Apprenticeship Learning Plan, schedule for the Apprenticeship, On the Job Training, Off the Job Training, Reporting and Evaluation requirements etc.

9 Q&A Now its time for questions, answers and discussions
It might be a good idea to bring in a past apprentice here who can explain more about how the practical/work aspect of the apprenticeship training will work
