The Beginning…..
Last year Code.org Club; wanted to offer more to students; so introduced Robotics and Osmo Club after school

4. After-school Clubs Parent and Community Night!
This year we served around 80 grade 2-6 students for after school Coding and Robotics Clubs. Community members and parents come to share student accomplishments

Lunch Club for students who can’t stay back after school, so we don’t leave out any students who want to be a part.

Makerspaces provide hands-on, creative ways to encourage students to design, experiment, build and invent as they deeply engage in science, engineering and tinkering.

5th grade students at Pinon mentor the 2nd and 3rd grade Coding Club, as well as Kinder and 1st Grade LEGO CLub. They in turn are mentored by students from Mandela School NMSTE students to present at a chapter meeting
