8 Debt Affordability Study
Measures the City's debt levels against established ratios Most recent update shows where the city stands today and estimates where we will be going forward The total amount of debt we take on is dependent on our ability and willingness to make the required payments on that debt

9 Amendments Changes to the Proposed CIP Require:
Recommendation to the Finance Committee Must have detail construction costs and scope Must have funding source (increases in the amount of debt must be weighed against whether we have the capacity to carry more debt) If a project is removed from a particular year If a project is added to a particular year
