2. Claim Status Report
A Life Waiver tab exists on the Claim Status Report. Here, customers can find out the coverage amounts and status on claims that have been filed for a waiver of premium. The Summary tab (not shown) will show the status of claims in other product types, such as STD and LTD.

Group Life Paid Claims Report
This report provides employers with detailed payment information for each Group Life claim that has been paid. Employers have access to payment specific information for any quarter within the most recent five year period.

4. Group Life Pending Claims Report
This report provides detailed claimant information for all Group Life claims that are currently awaiting a decision. This report will always show the current view (most recent month end); employers will not be able to look at which claims were ‘Pending’ in a prior period. In addition to the demographic information provided, employers can review the amount for each pending claim.
