We need to make deliberate interventions
Our intentions need to be clear; our policies explicit
Move away from working in silos
We cannot expect spatial integration and integrated transport systems if we work separately

6. A way forward Are our policies holding us back?
We do not have to re-invent the wheel
We need to bridge the implementation gap
There is still hope in the way we are working towards efficient public transportation systems
A radical public transport revolution is required
