3. If you can’t change the oil in your car, call a professional like your dealership or find a company in the phone book.

4. Call the company that you choose and make an appointment.

5. On the day of the appointment, pack a good book or something to do for an hour and drive to your destination.

6. When you arrive, go into the establishment and give your keys and information to the receptionist.

7. Sit in the waiting room. Relax, read the book you brought or take a nap for an hour. Watch out for the person who falls asleep next to you.

8. When your name is called, get your credit card or check book ready to pay the bill.
