1 Anti-inhibitor coagulant complex
Drugbank ID : DB13151 Half life : 4-7 hours Description : Anti-inhibitor coagulant complex is a freeze-dried sterile human plasma fraction with factor VIII inhibitor bypassing activity to be reconstituted for intravenous administration. Anti-inhibitor coagulant complex contains mainly non-activated factors II, IX, and X and mainly activated factor VII. It is manufactured from large pools of human plasma.

2 Indication : Controlling bleeding episodes or bleeding during surgery in patients who have hemophilia A or B with inhibitors. Pharmacodynamics : Multiple interactions of the components in anti-inhibitor coagulant complex restore the impaired thrombin generation of hemophilia patients with inhibitors. In vitro, anti-inhibitor coagulant complex shortens the activated partial thromboplastin time of plasma containing factor VIII inhibitor.

3 Categories : Blood Coagulation Factors, Antihemophilic Agent
Brands : Feiba Nf Company : E.R. Squibb & Sons, L.L.C. Form : Solid Route of administration : Intravenous
