For huddle and small rooms, use integrated speaker and mics at front of room
For larger spaces, separating speakers & mics provides optimal audio performance
Know your mic range – provide sufficient mics to cover the full room, including whiteboards
Avoid
One audio solution for all room sizes
Too many hard surfaces – glass walls, whiteboards, blank walls, table tops

Invest in adjustable window coverings – light changes throughout the day and year
Bounce light off walls or experiment with ways to light faces, not just the top of the table
Strive for even light, even if it means the whole room may be slightly over- or under-lit

Screen Best Practices

If single screen, camera can be above or below
