Flexible placement of I/O headers
Need to allow the sensors to be moved around as the required placement has yet to be determined.
Placed high current components at the top
Three IR transmitters that draw large current
Size of pcb must be smaller than the area that the sensors occupy that allows for proper hand gesture recognition/resolution
Keep board as small as possible
Unused I/O pins of uC tied to headers to allow for additional IR sensors to be added on.
Headers put next to uC to allow for neater routing
No. of sensors will be determined once we can do some experiments.
