Click Brunswick Access Control System Click Create/Review Access Requests

3 Identify Existing User Access?
Managers may use BACS to identify existing access to applications that have been loaded into BACS and use this information for submitting future access requests. Examples: OBMS, Oracle Financials

4 Log into BACS Application
From the BACS BC|One home page, click BACS Processes

Click Reports

6 Configure Report Click Report Type: Actual Access
Click Division: Example – Brunswick Boat Group Click Application: Example - CICS Click box for Brunswick ID Choose user to search existing access: Example – Type in Name of existing User Click Run Report

9 Report Options The report may be saved via PDF and ed to a manager The report may be printed off to be used for a future BACS request

10 BACS Important Points All requests for access according to Brunswick policy must be approved by the manager for whom the request is submitted for and as per the Oracle HR records For several modules within Key applications including OBMS & Oracle Financials, business owners grant final approval for modules in which they are responsible for “Access Like” another user is no longer permitted The termination process has not changed so each division will continue using the current process for Terminations If you need assistance with submitting a request, please contact the Solution Center
