Hatico’s mobile systems had reached their limits. Hatico turned to blue-zone for an app solution that consolidates product information with promotion for delivery and warehouse information. In addition, Hatico’s sales teams use the scheduler for appointments with customers – anytime, anywhere, on any device, online and offline.

SOLUTION
blue-app by blue-zone uses Office 365 to deliver route planning and scheduling of customer meetings for Hatico, taking advantage of all customer-related information. Order processing is improved as available stock is retrieved immediately while ordering. Additional revenue is now expected since Hatico gives up-to-date promotion information of warehouse products on sale. Initially storage was not retrievable in advance and placed orders could not be confirmed immediately. With blue-app, promotional products can be ordered and confirmed during customer meeting.
