1 tandoori chicken

2 Ingredients 8 chicken drumsticks or 2 chicken legs
1-2 x 15ml spoons tandoori paste 4 x 15ml spoons plain yogurt ½ lemon

3 Equipment Large bowl, measuring spoons, spoon, tongs.

4 Method 1. Mix the tandoori paste, yogurt and lemon together in a small bowl.

5 2. Remove the chicken skin.

6 3. Score the chicken with a sharp knife.

7 4. Cover the chicken with the tandoori mix
