Matshwane Rasethaba founded Matodzi plumbing services in 2000 where the main focus was predominantly plumbing contracting, specialsing in housing, developments, office blocks and new factories. Valuing People…….. In 2002 we introduced a name change and shifted the focus to the more beneficial service industry though still incorporating contracting. This new vision primarily held the intention to grow the business and through the realization of the value of employees and people we created partnerships with the employees and other existing businesss, which has proven and continues to prove to be the success and growth of Rasethaba plumbing until today.Commitment…….. This may range from: Construction plumbing, design layout, general plumbing maintenance, burst geysers, leak detection, repairing of burst pipes, rerouting of new water mains, waterproofing, mechanical drain cleaning and camera inspection. We pride ourselves in our service to our insurance clients with respect to our written reports, our quick reporting services, our technical advice in water pipe reroutes and geysers installations and in our informative presentations that we provide to assist with advisor/assessor awareness and understanding of plumbing works. 8. We have an in house workshop where we can test and repair units where required. We would have a dedicated and trained up service team specifically to carry out servicing and repairs on site. We would have to carry spare working parts as well as stock units. We have a relationship with Franke whereby we are the agents for the Zip Hydroboil units.We supply and install units for them as well as doing all the service and repairs on all existing units in Johannesburg and Pretoria. We have dedicated service vehicles doing only their work thereby offering a reliable and quick turn around time on repairs to units as well as installation of new units.
