2 About Me! Originally from Minnesota Moved to Texas 18 years ago This is my 11th year at McMath Favorite number is 21 Like Tabasco Ties(not the sauce!) Like Cross Brand Pens Favorite pet is a dog

5 My desk area is off limits!
If you need something from my desk area- ask don’t take! (Stapler or 3-hole punch) The phone is for official use only!

6 What you will need daily:
Homework binder Math Binder At least two sharpened pencils/sharpener Composition notebook

7 Make up work is your responsibility!
Pink The pink calendar has all assignments missed. Extra worksheets are in the box on lower shelf of black cart. You have the number of days missed plus one to get makeup work done and turned in. If you miss a quiz/test, you must make arrangements to take it ASAP! (as soon as possible)

8 You must make up missed warm-ups as well. Don’t write down “absent”

9 Bring a note! Whenever you are absent from school, upon your return you must bring a note to give to Mrs. Frank at the front office before school! Mrs. Frank

10 restroom log Put your first and last name. Fill in the date and the times out and in. Take the restroom pass on a lanyard and return to push pin when you return.

15 Stuff good to know Keep to the right in the hallway Walk- don’t run. (You can walk quickly!) Rulers, glue sticks, and scissors are in tubs at back of room Respect the rulers, they are not toys! (drumming them will dent or break them)

16 Wear your ID at all times except PE!
If you don’t have your ID, you will need to get a sticker from the front office The sticker will cost money and result in a lunch detention You must also have a lanyard with your ID or you will have lunch detention

17 Office referral on 4th tardy!
If you are tardy, I will record it in my tardy log. I call home on your 3rd tardy Office referral on 4th tardy!

18 Good stuff to know! Walk single file to lunch Level zero all the way to the cafeteria.

19 Keep your locker organized
Somebody ask Mr. Johnk about a time saver with locker combination!

21 Special passes Yellow get out of class pass Turn in note before school for appointments! Remember to sign out in the office when you leave. Blue admit to class pass Sign in and the attendance clerk will give you a blue pass to give to the teacher.

22 Students Requesting Counselor Visits
Counselor Passes Students Requesting Counselor Visits Must fill out request form, available in counselor hall They may fill out form between classes, lunch, or if teacher signs their agenda…NO TARDY PASSES WILL BE GIVEN! If a counselor calls a student out of class (except emergencies), teachers have the right to say they are busy! They will return with a white Counselor Pass RETURN ALL COUNSELOR PASSES TO MS. FRANK
