The first idea was to review the “Handbook on design and implementation of business surveys (Eurostat, 1998)”, considered outdated
In practice the HB is almost entirely re-written, we started from scratch

Sustainability
The modular, electronic form facilitates the easy updating of the handbook.
A plan will be written during phase 2 outlining a possible organisation of the maintenance of the handbook after the project has finished.
The maintenance requires participation of a dedicated and active group of experts and users.

• invitation to others to contribute to the handbook
• dedicated projects for updating modules
