You will need a login because our forms require authentication It’s best to use your work so you receive any relevant member benefits (e.g., access to webinar archive) Log in here before you try to access the Volunteer forms:

2 Volunteer Training Volunteers need to understand CDISC policies and procedures that relate to standards development work. CDISC has prepared a short training video to accompany the documents All current Volunteers are being asked to take this training and sign the acknowledgement form All new Volunteers will do this before they are connected with the team

3 Volunteer Hours CDISC has a legal responsibility to report the number of volunteer hours donated each year This information is reported on our 990 IRS tax form (which is available publicly for all non-profits) Starting this year, we are asking all volunteers to report their volunteer hours through our online form The form is set up to record hours by the month You can report every month, or as frequently as you want provided it’s all reported by the end of the year

Wiki requires a separate login from the CDISC website JIRA uses the same login as Wiki, so you only need one user account to access both The CDISC volunteer team leads and CDISC liaisons can be found here:
