NAS Maintenance 4/29/17 – NAS migrated to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform Disaster recovery testing 10/27/17 - Verified capability to recover NAS using nightly database backup; new application and website instances created in AWS US-WEST region Three NAS software builds in 2017 21

NANP Administration System
NAS Performance System met requirement of 99.9% availability (excludes scheduled maintenance) NAS Scheduled Unavailability 4/29/17 – NAS migrated to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform - Total time of system unavailability: 10:00am ET to 12:04pm ET (2 hours, 4 minutes) NAS Unscheduled Unavailability 3/28/17 - A mechanized external source accessed the NAS user registration page and through multiple entries in a very short time interval caused the NAS application servers to “hang” Application servers were bounced and the user again accessed the same registration page; the external source IP address was blocked --- total time of NAS unavailability - 19 minutes 9/25/17 – When attempting to update a user profile, a NAS user hit the 'continue' button multiple times as well as selected and unselected various states in their profile prior to the system responding Application server could not process these multiple submissions, resulting in AWS declaring the server unhealthy and directing the traffic to the second application server. The second application server attempted to process these submissions. However, due to the volume, it too was declared unhealthy by AWS and was re-built --- total time of NAS unavailability - 6 minutes 22
