Implementation Phase Summary of Deliverables Planning System objectives, functional requirements, operational improvements, and economic justification. Design and Estimation Contract information, system specifications, statement of work, drawings, schedules and timelines. Provide Budgetary Analysis and seek expert help. Procurement Qualification of bidders, procurement method, evaluation criteria, product standardization, choice of vendor. Installation, Operation, Training Install of new, upgrade of existing. Training for personnel who will operate, update and maintain the system. Commissioning and Warranty Testing of the system to demonstrate its effectiveness and reliability. Correction of any problems, free of charge, by the installation contractor during the warranty period. Maintenance, Evaluation, and Replacement A maintenance plan for preventive and remedial maintenance. Detailed record keeping of problems and ideas for replacement.
