This new software, by Jim Imboden, requires either: Windows Vista, 32 bit or 64 bit versions, or Windows 7, 32 bit or 64 bit versions The software was designed to complement the book, “Quality Improvement Through Planned Experimentation, third edition” by Moen, Nolan, and Provost, 2012, McGraw-Hill Publisher

9. Open folder

10. Click install

11. Click Run

12. Click next until program until installation is complete.

13. Success!
