Meeting Accomplishments
Reconfirmed the 27 intents to submit proposals.
Kiosk LOS Channel Model (CM9) for Usage Model 5, was added as an option to the CH model, and was approved.
The CFP and related documents ( UMD, CH model, System Requirements & Selection Criteria) were revised accordingly and approved by ballot. A letter, documenting these changes, will be sent to the 27 Intenders.
Heard nine contributions and one preliminary proposal.

Future plan:
05/07 (Montreal, CA) – Final proposals due on May 7th Proposals presentation
07/07 (San Francisco, CA) – Updated/merged proposals due 1 week before the meeting. Present updated/merged proposals. Down selection begins. If down-selection finishes, begin drafting Standard.
