2. Step 1
Download the real-time membership report from the component website
Convert the downloaded .txt file to an excel file
Add two columns
Branch
No.
Compare membership to last months report and define new members
Designate new member branch designations by zip codes (if its not obvious ask the new member) 2

3. Step 2 Count the total number of members (Compare to last month)
Count the numbers of PMPs, RMPs, CAPMs, etc. (See the “designations” column) (Compare to last month)
Count the number of student members (See the “MemberClass” column) (Compare to last month)
Define the number of new PMPs (subtract from last month)
Count the number of new Members (Compare to last month) Define names and branches to the branch directors 3

4. Step 3
Define the numbers of non-renewals by reviewing last months “members due to renew” list and
Define the numbers of non-renewals by reviewing this months membership list against last months “members due to renew” list
Define the retention score (i.e. 4 of 20, etc.) Due to renew and retained members
Define “due to renew” list by reviewing the “PMIExpirationDate” column sorted by the current month
Define the Branch Membership numbers (See Step 5) 4
