1. 1. Click on I forgot my password

2. 1. Select California State University from the drop down selection

3. Enter Participant’s SSN (9 digits no dashes)
Enter Participant’s Last Name
Enter Participant’s Date of Birth (mmddyyyy- no slashes)
Click Submit

4. The Participant will create a new password based on the password criteria to the right. Passwords are case sensitive.
Example of a Password: Pass1word
2. Enter the same password in the Re-enter Password field
3. Click Enter

5. Participant’s home page will display
