TO ENSURE THAT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ISN’T SHARED UNKNOWINGLY. Keep your workstation clean and secure. Lock your screen before leaving your desk. Lock away important and confidential documents. Never keep passwords in view of your desk. Shred sensitive documents you don’t need anymore. Don’t make it easy for someone to walk into your office and steal information.
