It is important to collate the data you have found from employee research in the same way as you have done for senior interviews Simple structured templates can be helpful in collecting key themes from employee research. They can then be incorporated into an output report for circulation if required The following pages contain various templates for capturing what you have heard in your focus groups and employee survey. It may be helpful to use some or all of these to organise and report on your findings
