Polk and Hayes both promised to only serve one term.
Regardless, this was an unusual event.

While reading Document C place events, policies and actions of Nixon into the graphic organizer on the back of your paper.
Include a brief description of the event, policy, or action.
After filling in the graphic do not answer the final question until after the video.
