2 Purpose Monitor Inventory to ensure all purchases and sales have been accounted for Accommodate for Daily or Monthly Tickets Accommodate for Back Dated Tickets

3 Monitor Inventory Enter Run Ticket - pick up from property (Load) drop off at station (Offload) Enter Run Ticket - oil picked up or shipped from station (Load) and sold (Offload) Enter Daily Gauge - Gauge tanks at the beginning of the day and enter readings

4 Monitor Inventory Step 1:
Station Oil is Delivered to Property Oil is Picked up From

5 Monitor Inventory Step 2:
Station Oil is Sold to Oil is Picked up from Station

6 Gauge and record Oil in each Tank/Meter
Enter Gauges Daily Gauge and record Oil in each Tank/Meter

10 Allow Monthly or Daily Tickets
