9. Conclusion
Naturally can assume on-peak demand will be higher (people typically work in the daylight hours!)
In the case of certain servers (as in UNSW EET’s) has been shown this may not always be the case
Extra bandwidth is provided off-peak by some ISP’s, which may offset the initial assumption (people will want to download as much as they can off-peak)
