15 Project Approval Status
“No Objection Certificate" No. 9442/2014  from revenue department issued by Tahsildar - Hosur. Resolution No. 03/2014 passed by the "The President, Eachangur Panchayat Union" Land conversion processing File No. ROC No. 1263/2014 generated by "HNTDA - Hosur."    Statutory Public Notice in local News Papers was Published by HNTDA on 15th Sep 2014 and 30 days tenure completed without any objection. NOC from PWD Dtd: 19/12/14 received, issued by chief Engineer(Water Resources Organisation Govt Tamil Nadu),Chennai. HNTDA(Hosur New Town Development Authority) - Hosur, authority meeting concluded on 30/12/2014 adapting agenda No.2 held at sub collector office, Hosur, passed resolution to forward the file to DTCP - Chennai for conversion of the lands from Agriculture to Residential Zone. Conversion Order No. 43/ for Residential conversion of property issued by Housing and Urban Development Ministry Govt Of Tamil Nadu(Chennai)

17 Development charges as per demand notice dated 22/4/2015 are paid on 28/4/2015.
File No. 820/2015 is generated for Residential layout approval from DTCP Chennai through HNTDA- Hosur and received final verification/approval of road pattern for the layout from DTCP, and submitted for final approval. Layout plan is submitted to DTCP for final approval which is expected by the end of May 2016 as there is procedural delay due to assembly election of Tamilnadu.

18 Surrounding Infrastructure Development
Two flyovers under construction on Hosur road are now open for traffic. We are glad to inform that the existing Sarjapur Hosur road (Kagganoor Nallur Road) is getting widened to double the existing width by the State Highway Department in two phases. Phase 1 is completed. Tender notification for 2nd Phase has been published in Govt. gazette on 11/9/2015.

19 “Sarjapur- Hosur Road (Kagganoor Nallur Road) Widening of the road from one side ( Phase-1) is completed.”

20 Sarjapur Town By-pass Road Widening Completed and Now Open for Traffic.

21 Sarjapur - Bagalur Road (NH207) is getting Widened.

22 Road from SIPCOT –I (Ashok Leyland) has been taken up for widening two culverts are currently being widened, this road would substantially reduce the distance and travel time via Hosur road to the project.  We are glad to inform that Karnataka BUDGET has enhanced the infrastructure development and connectivity for our project Frangipani and SPA Eco City by announcing the road widening from outer ring road junction to Dommasandra circle from the existing 60ft road to 150ft road, also the entire varthur road widening till sarjapur. 24 Price : Current Pre-launch offer price for SPA Eco City : In light of the extremely encouraging development we are glad to announce that the offered price for SPA ECO CITY with effective form 7th May 2016 shall be Rs.2,000/- Per Sft for plots only. We shall be discontinuing the ongoing dual pricing policy from 7th May 2016 onwards.
