12 How do you get paid 50% of this reward will be paid along with the salary of the month Balance of this reward will be paid after new joinee completes his probation period

13 REWARDS APPLICABLE Hired candidate completes 3 months of service.

14 REWARDS NOT APPLICABLE
Hired candidate fails to complete 3 months of service. A balance amount of reward would also remain unpaid until new joinee complete in 6 months of service. Referee leaves the organization before the new joinee has completed 3 months of service Two or more apply for same candidate then a first come first basis will be considered to applicable for rewards.
