1. Finalisation First Check List Once all the information has been added
Use the check lists to double check
Click on Finalisation and this box will appear

If all the lines have yellow ticks then everything has been added
Click Finalise job

2. Second Check List Go through this list and double check that
all of these things are present and correct.
This will prevent penalty charges
Once this is all correct click on OK

3. The report is now complete and sent to Audit
Summary Line, choose from the list or type your own.
This is the last sentence on your report
Once complete click Finalise
Click OK
