2 The Madisonian Model James Madison (father of the Constitution)
Warns – factions could pose a threat to the stability of government. Federalists Paper #10 Poorer, less educated Americans vs. wealthy elite Ex. Shays Rebellion Must protect the government from the will of the majority.
