Click on Data Analysis Click on Query Engine Select Infertility Drugs query under system Administration (Data Dictionary) folder Click on Run icon Export to Excel and print (if needed)

Organize all of your drugs to your specifications of categories and Subcategories. Review and correct all Dosage, pharmacy instructions and patient instructions

6 Before you begin, open Excel and design your flowsheet layout in terms of columns and rows, where:
Rows will represent days of the treatment and Columns will have drugs and lab work associated in those days. The example below shows an Antagonist flowsheet layout. As you will see we are designing these columns as certain events happen

Select Treatment Cycle Type Enter Name of template Enter average # of days for this cycle Enter Author Select Protocol Type

Click on Flowsheet Layout tab to design your columns Please note to refer to your Design sheet and follow Click on (+) sign to add a column Select Treatment Event to Match Excel Sheet Column B

Click on (+) sign to add another column for OCP Select Specific Drug Category for Contraceptives Click on “Contraceptive” (highlighted in blue below) and hit space bar to change column name to “OCP”

Continue Building your columns, per your design Please refer to your Drug List (as described in Section 1) for appropriate selection of Drug Categories, Subcategories or Specific Drugs
