4 Few observations It is not because there is a tool that SMEs will suddenly start carrying out their RA = > we have to promote first RA and OiRA after Promotion needs a strategy = > we have to think about our target audience and our objectives before carrying out actions « Big promotion » is easier if you have a lot of tools (as Ri&E) We have to integrate our tools in the framework of a global sectoral strategy (e.g. next slides) OiRA tools are also good tools to evaluate more global actions 21/11/2018 Titre de la présentation

5 Integration in a more global strategy
SMEs’ OSH strategy in France 4 priority profesional sectors : construction, catering, car repair and road transport Developement of specific action plans for each sector Integrate OiRA tools as part of those action plans Example : linking OiRA and financial support for road transport small companies, make the authorities give information about OSH at the creation of the companies… The next OiRA tool in France will be for small restaurants and will be supported by all the profesional organisations 21/11/2018 Titre de la présentation

A real promotion strategy is an important part of the projet Keep some budget and energy to promote our beautiful tools Find partners in contact with our target audience to promote the tool Occupational health services, consultants (according to our studies, employers organisations do not seem to be sufficient to reach a very large number of SMEs ) For the next generation of tools : Integrate consumer relation management functionalities The needs of the end user should take a central place in the development of the tools 21/11/2018 Titre de la présentation
