Easily share the road with other ground transportation options, such as bicycles, buses and cars
Do not require an isolated corridor of their own.
This increases public transit capacity without impacting other options
Help organize neighborhood development into transit friendly communities

Use GIS to create a streetcar line that connects the major business districts and transfer points
Analyze various impacts of the streetcar line on the residential and business districts
