1 Wednesday 4/5/17 Notebook Entry: Examine the graph to the right. What are two conclusions you make from the data shown in the graph? The global surface temperature is based on air temperature data over land and sea-surface temperatures observed from ships, buoys and satellites; as well as ice core sampling. Notably, the 20 warmest years have all occurred since 1981, and the 10 warmest have all occurred in the past 12 years. Data from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

5 Task Use the graphic organizer on the back of the research page to record key information about your climate health indicator. Once you have completed the research make a plan (sketch in your spiral) for how you want to organize the info on poster paper. Show Mrs. Burke your plan to get your groups piece of butcher paper. Begin creating your poster

6 Grading: Students receive four possible points for each row for total possible 16 points. To bring the score to a possible twenty, add 4 more for properly completing their capture sheets during the poster walk or presentation.
