Response analysis from 105 questionnaires sent:
Phoenix service users & families: 27 (39%)
Langley service users & families: 21 (30%)
Elliman service users & families: 11 (16%)
Service users and families of both Langley & Elliman: 8 (11%)
Others organisations: 3 (4%)
Grand total of 70 received back completed.
