Please attach your Baptism Certificate if you were not baptised at Our Lady’s.
Enrolment Fee:
Please enclose a cheque for £30 made payable to Addiscombe Catholic Church.
Please write your child’s name clearly on the back of the cheque.
Cheques will be banked soon after the deadline so please ensure you have sufficient
funds in your account.
Please speak to Fr Keith or the parish office in confidence if you will have difficulties
paying or need an extension.
We will accept cash, but this must be given in to the parish office during office hours only.
Please note: First Parents’ Meeting: Tuesday, 1st May 2018 at 8pm, Large Hall Confirmation Day: To be advised Parental help would be greatly appreciated by the Catechism Team. If you wish to get involved, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the Parish Office.
