Enter required information,
*Note AHIP should have already been completed
STEP 5
Click where is starts with “ I have taken AHIP and received”
STEP 6
Click “Choose File” here you will have to have saved a copy of your AHIP completed certificate to your PC.
Click “Upload and “Submit

4. STEP 7
This will appear, you will need to wait 24hr for approval

5. STEP 8
Once status shows “APPROVED”
You will input “DOI” information and click submit

6. STEP 9
Download the learning material and review it all before you proceed to STEP 10

Once you have reviewed all material you will click the box where it states “ I acknowledge I have read the Plan Specific training and the click
“Ready to take test”

Begin your certification test
