3. Considerations ComManager and CER must be upgraded together
ISI can be upgraded anytime before ComManager and CER
ComManager must be upgraded before we can upgrade to Unity Connections 2.0

4. User Perspective ComManger Unity Phones Training
Single cut - resets user password and PIN, but existing features work the same

Single cut - everyone’s messages moved to new system on a flag day, interface remains the same

Deployed by group every other Saturday beginning in August

5. IP phone dependencies
Old phones use Cisco proprietary PoE Existing 6348 blades only support the Cisco pre-standard PoE
New phones use IEEE 802.3af PoE 6148A GigE modules support both
Power per port increases from 6.3W to 12W - due to internal GigE switch
Port clean up and consolidation Phone ports will be moved to a minimum number of blades in each switch
