3 So, various punishments for different types of homicide:
Crime Offense Class Minimum (no prior record, in months) First degree murder A LWOP Second degree murder B1, B2 192; 125 Felony and misdemeanor death by vehicle, impaired boating B2 125 Assault with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury C 58 Voluntary manslaughter D 51 Assault with intent to kill E 20 Involuntary manslaughter F 13

Rate each of them from most deserving (1) to least deserving (10) Take a few minutes and I’ll ask for results in a series of poll everywhere slides, from first to last of the 10 cases presented. For each one, rank it on the scale from worst to least bad… Take notes for a few minutes on how you would rate each scenario.
