8 Using Weichert.com Admin Tool to schedule & confirm Open Houses on Weichert.com

9 Step 1: Enter username and password at: http://admin. weichert.com
NOTE: If you need a username & password, please contact Systems Support.

10 Step 2: Under the ‘Office Admin’ tab, select the ‘Property Listing Maintenance’ option.

11 Step 3: - Enter an MLS number or an address for the property and hit the ‘Add Listing’ button on the lower right.

12 Step 4: This box will appear after inputting the MLS and/or address
Step 4: This box will appear after inputting the MLS and/or address. Click on the pencil next to the “Open House” attribute to enter Open House info.

13 Step 5: Enter Open House date & time, street address, and directions before hitting the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page. Your Open House is now scheduled on Weichert.com.

14 To confirm that Open Houses are scheduled:
Choose ‘Open House’ from the ‘Reports’ tab. This will also include Open Houses fed over from the MRIS system along with the properties you manually scheduled.
