First of all I need to apologize for this last hour change about the place. This 6 month were a little bit hard for all of us. We’ve tried to find a a new way of being for this group. It’s not easy. The lack of participation is synonymous of lack of interest and is much more difficult to work like that. Nevertheless we think its worth. We have the most important issue to share and develop during the next two years, the citizen centric services. Our day will begin with the brief presentation of MTP. The meeting where it will be approved take place next 10 and 11 December. John Koostra will present us a proposal for a learning team. I think that is the first concrete proposal of the entire network. As usual our colleagues from the HRWG and IPSG will inform us about their work. The morning will end it with the presentation of Slovenia's Presidency priorities. The lunch will take place here in the hotel. The afternoon will be dedicated to the presentations of some best practices in the area of inclusive government. The first one is about the Portuguese support system for immigrants, a very successful initiative that had been recognized internationally.
